Definitely something wrong with trustpilot here. I think HostHavoc is giving something to their customers to buy reviews because I will say my recent experience with them was anything but 5 stars.

They claim to have great customer service and friendly staff, and they refuse to help anything. I sit here and beg them to help me out and received no help in return. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS i swapped hosts and the other company had me up in less than 30 minutes.

Ian went above and beyond to help ensure I was able to get the server to work and made sure I was able to connect.

They are ready to answer any Server related questions as soon as I submit a ticket. No joke, I get an answer in under 4 minutes every time. Their server hub is very easy to understand and overall a lot better then other providers that I've used.

A great company overall, fast and reliable service. I generally expect 2-3 days for responses from companies in email but they give me sub hour responses. I cannot express how happy I am with their service and friendly staff. Highly recommend for starting or experienced server owners.

They have very little documentation in their knowledge base and refuse to help set up anything. Freaking ridiculous bc every host I've used has at least helped me get a server running but they say they won't help at all. spent a whole day talking to these guys about new services and they just kept saying they'd refuse to help with a new server. I asked for a manager and they told me it takes 2 freaking days to talk to anybody who can do anything.

Not great service at all. They all seem to speak nicely but thats about it because their no help at all.

Hosthavoc is a great provider, I have used several providers before, none could provide the performance I needed for my Space Engineers server. But after some time with the friendly support, we were able to find solutions to improve the performance of my server. Support is fast and patient. They also sit down with you and help as much as they can. Just great, keep it up.

Everytime i have had an issue, you folks have been tremendous in helping me out. Though its never good to have said issues, you folks all make it an extremely smooth process. Sincerely, Thank you all.

The customer support actually cares, I love the response time, and how it is actually 24/7 they actually help you with your issue and don’t redirect you to a useless docs page.

I use the web hosting and for my personal tastes the other hosting they provide is a bit on the expensive side.

I actually had a good Experience because the respond time to my questions was actually not that high 5-10 Mins. Pretty Informative aswell and Pretty Good.

A fantastic experience with support, which was the reason I transferred initially. The whole process has been far easier than my previous provider ever was, with the bonus of a much smoother experience online. I will happily recommend Havoc without hesitation :)

My question was answered within minutes and taken care of with the first response. No pointless troubleshooting, just straight to a solution!

The service provided has been great. Smooth performance and great customer support. I had an issue with running RCON commands on my server and after putting in a ticket, my issue was resolved in minutes. Definitely recommend!

Host Havoc's Customer Service did a wonderful job of helping restore our rented server to premium condition! My group of friends and I have had nothing but the best service from this company since we moved server hosts. I cannot tell you how glad I am for the timely responses to online support tickets (usually within a couple of minutes of being submitted), the fulness of completion for each problem we've had no matter how small or large, and the fact that I talk to the same rep for the duration of the support ticket. Thank you Host Havoc!
